In accordance with the law, the following substances and products causing allergies or intolerances must be labeled:
Cereals containing gluten, i.e. wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybrid varieties,
Milk and derivatives (including lactose),
Nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts,
Sulfur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations greater than 10 mg / kg or 10 mg / l,
and their derived products.
On the packaging of our products, allergens are highlighted in the list of ingredients in bold, PRINTED FONTION and therefore they can be easily recognized.
