Our crispy rice cakes are made of 100% brown rice, retaining all its nutrients. We have enriched them by adding white buckwheat to increase their nutritional values and improve the flavour. Buckwheat is high in protein, unsaturated fats, carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins (mostly B-group) and antioxidants. When added to rice cakes it creates an intriguing blend of flavours. Kupiec rice cakes are an excellent gluten-free alternative to pastries, and anything you might add to a sandwich is also ideal on a rice cake. You can serve them with jam or with blue cheese. A great way of serving them is to add lettuce, rocket and thin slices of other vegetables.  If you prefer something sweeter, they can be decorated with fresh fruit. Our cakes are a good choice for people who watch their weight, for athletes or for anyone else with special dietary requirements.
