The basic therapeutic dose of pollen for adults is 4-8 teaspoonfuls for tea, or 30-36g. A heaped teaspoon of dried pollen is 8 g, flat is 5 g. Preventive dose for adults is 15-20g per day. For small children up to 7 years, we give 1/3 of the dose, a larger ½ dose for adults.
